Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–5 business days]. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Antore is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Antore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly.

Customs

International orders may be delayed, seized, or refused by customs. Antore is not responsible for any customs actions or fees.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim will not be refunded.
